Why a morning practice matters

The 5-minute protocol
Find a quiet spot. Sit. Three slow breaths through the nose.

- Exhale — on the out-breath, imagine grey light leaving through your crown. Three cycles.
- Anoint — one drop of Pranic Lavender on the inside of each wrist. Inhale the wrist to your Third Eye (the space between your brows). Lavender is the pink prana — calm, softening, returning to center.
- Set — speak one intention aloud. Not a goal. A state. Examples: "I move through today with clarity." or "I am unhurried."
- Seal — hands in prayer at your heart for ten seconds. The aura holds the intention now.
