Due to the nature of digital content (PDFs, guides, courses), all digital sales are final. If you experience a download or delivery issue, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll re-send your link or resolve the technical problem.
Unopened, unused physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs). Items must be in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, email rocky@praniclifestyle.com with your order number. We'll provide a return shipping address and instructions.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund.
All Pranic Lifestyle products are consecrated (energetically blessed) before sale. Consecrated items are non-returnable once the seal is broken or the item has been used, out of respect for the energetic practice.
